WHO WE ARE
The Sin Huellas Artist Collective is a multi-racial, multimedia artist and activist collective that works with former immigrant detainees and organizers to create alter-narratives of immigrant incarceration, deportation, and resistance by recentering the words and experiences of immigrant detainees in order to reconfigure the aesthetics of incarceration, surveillance, and control.

The phrase sin huellas, Spanish for "without a trace," is drawn from the act of erasing one’s fingerprints with acid, fire, or other surgical procedures in order to evade detection by ICE or other law enforcement agencies.

All the content in this website represents the views of the Sin Huellas Artist Collective and not necessarily the views of the project sponsors.
